      Politics and loose HR policies

      Pros

      There is ample scope to learn and grow. Flexible hours. No pressure.

      Cons

      Poor teamwork, one of the worst HR and accounts teams, no system of rewards/ recognition or communication, a lot of favoritism and politics, and poor work culture.

      I do have any thing to say.

      Cons

      Upper Management does not have control over few employees who treat them self as super manager and they are very bias toward the people and work, even does not allow you learn any tech stack apart from the work. If you are late while coming to office even 10 mins, you have to answers lot of questions. Employee who treat himself as so called 'Lead' does not work and whole day s/he do facebook and online shopping. They treat junior as their Personal Assistance ask you to do their job also. No proper HR policies. No proper software development methodology.
