The best reason to work for this company is that the work is both contract and remote. You are always free to not ask to be put on a job. Within their schedule, you are also free to set your own work hours.
Cons
Project managers are not very professional. Contractors working on the back end of a project often find themselves in a time crunch because work closer to the front end needed to be redone. Although contractors are often deluged with emails and job aids for a given project, these are often poorly designed/articulated and not relevant to one's part of the job. Management often makes assumptions about what the contractor knows about the company's process and is less than helpful in answering questions. Salary is on a piece-rate basis. Although management is happy to give one an estimate of how many hours of work a project will entail, this is frequently well below the actual number needed to do the task. resulting in a much lower hourly rate than implied. Work submitted to the customer is not up to professional standards.
