Pros
-Flexible schedule, can work from home -Projects have been really fun to work on -Good pay for some projects, not all -Friendly and professional staff
Cons
-Two projects I've done were exceptionally disorganized and the pay was not worth the hours I put in -Too much lag time between project work and getting your paycheck -Pay rate needs to be increased. Many projects require beyond 20 hours a week. While this is only part-time work for me, for others, this would drive me away pretty quickly.
