About the Role
As Programme Manager – National Bowel Screening Programme, you will lead the operational delivery, performance, and quality of the NBSP within the Regional Cancer Treatment Service portfolio. This is an opportunity to drive service development, strengthen system performance, and ensure the programme delivers equitable health outcomes across the region.
In this role, you will work closely with clinical leaders, primary care, and national stakeholders while ensuring compliance with national standards and governance frameworks. You will also champion equity-focused initiatives and lead continuous improvement to enhance screening participation and outcomes.

The role sits within the Regional Cancer Treatment Service, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cancer screening and early detection services across MidCentral.
