Hotel Head Porter – Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide a professional first impression.
Assist guests with luggage and room orientation.
Arrange taxis, transportation, and local bookings.
Answer guest inquiries and resolve service issues.
Supervise, train, and schedule porters and door staff.
Manage porter team performance and daily operations.
Coordinate with reception, housekeeping, and concierge teams.
Monitor hotel entrances, lobby areas, and guest safety.
Handle guest complaints and special requests.
Assist during emergencies and ensure security procedures are followed.
Pay: $4,700.00 – $5,200.00 per month
