Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, resolve delivery challenges, and manage competing priorities.

Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, issues, financials, and outcomes.

10+ years’ project management experience across technology and business transformation initiatives.
Proven track record delivering complex technology projects and programmes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Strong project governance and delivery capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading organisational change, adoption, and transition to BAU.
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
Strong knowledge of MS Azure including Azure DevOps.
Passion for enabling business success through technology.
Experience within engineering, insurance, Fintech, consulting, professional services, or federated organisations will be highly regarded.
