About the Role

Reporting to the Reliability & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks that impact plant performance, with a focus on loss elimination, risk management and lifecycle asset optimisation.

You will:

• Analyse equipment performance, failure trends and downtime drivers
• Develop and improve preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve uptime and optimise asset life
• Support shutdown planning and maintenance execution
• Contribute to asset criticality, lifecycle planning and reliability strategies
• Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance and Technical teams

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering
• Experience in reliability, maintenance or asset management roles
• Strong understanding of reliability principles, RCA and maintenance strategy
• Ability to interpret data and translate into practical improvements
• Experience in manufacturing (food/dairy highly regarded)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety and performance
