We’re a pragmatic, delivery-focused team that values collaboration, momentum and outcomes over theory – driven by our purpose is to reimagine colleague experience to serve customers brilliantly. You’ll be working alongside senior engineers, architects and platform leaders across multiple domains.

What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?
This is a senior individual contributor role. You’ll need to be comfortable operating across multiple domains, balancing strategy and execution, and making decisions with imperfect information. Success comes from building credibility quickly, navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across competing priorities.

Measurable reduction in technology risk across legacy systems with strong momentum across transformation initiatives, and teams adopting more modern engineering and AI-assisted practices.
