We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Administrator & Finance Coordinator to join our Project Controls team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and financial coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with project teams to keep projects running smoothly.
About the Role
Working closely with Project Managers and technical teams, you'll provide project administration, financial, and project controls support across a range of engineering and environmental projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Project setup and administration.
Preparing contracts, variations, and project documentation.
Coordinating project plans and schedules.
Monitoring project financial information.
Supporting invoicing and reporting processes.
Coordinating project meetings and maintaining project records.
Providing proactive support to Project Managers and project teams.
What You'll Bring
Strong administration and coordination experience.
Experience with financial processes such as invoicing or reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Confidence working in a busy environment with competing priorities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Experience in project coordination, project controls, document control, accounts, or a consulting environment would be advantageous.
