The key responsibilities of the Finance Associate role will include the following:
Lean in to support varied scopes of work across a range of ANZ’s Finance teams, building capability and broad exposure across the function
Help identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and maintain strong financial integrity
Contribute to financial modelling, analysis, and the development of forward-looking insights
Be challenged to think broadly about real business issues and work collaboratively in a team environment
Build strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business
