Do take notice that we are open to IT newbies who are eager to be part of the industry but have no previous work experience. The long recruitment process - also the test assignments - can be beneficial to the candidate. For example, if the candidate did not succeed having a job offer, the person has materials for learning and upgrading skillset. We believe in second chances! Candidates can re-apply to the position after three to six months. In the longer process both parties learns about each other as much as possible to answer one question - are we are much?
