Yes, we agree that our recruitment process is longer comparing to other companies. Do take notice that we are open to IT newbies who are eager to be part of the industry but have no previous work experience. The long recruitment process - also the test assignments - can be beneficial to the candidate. For example, if the candidate did not succeed having a job offer, the person has materials for learning and upgrading skillset. We believe in second chances! Candidates can re-apply to the position after three to six months. In the longer process both parties learns about each other as much as possible to answer one question - are we are much?
