The interview process began as expected with a 30-minute Zoom interview with HR, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager, and then a 45-minute call with the support team. Both the hiring manager and the support team emphasized that the role wasnât coding-focused, yet in the third interview, they asked coding questions, despite me previously clarifying that I did not have experience in that areaâthis was unexpected. When the hiring manager asked how I thought I performed, I said it went alright, and he enthusiastically assured me that I did great and would be moving to the next round. However, despite multiple follow-ups with both the hiring manager and HR, I never received a response. It felt unprofessional to not have a response back, especially after being told Iâd be advancing.
