iOPEX Technologies Technical Support Engineer interview questions

Online interview with three rounds solely testing communication and basics where first round is with the HR and second with the TL and the third would be a client round, where the client also participates in the hiring process.

Got call from the recruiter for the interview and asked the expected salary we discussed for 10 lac. Then the process started and I came across 8 schedule call in which they missed 2 times i waited at night 12 AM and they missed the call and waited for 2 hr. This happened 2 times. Finally, I got managerial call and it went good, got selected. Now awaiting for final salary discussion so next day at night i receive call from iopex for salary discussion , I told i have offer of 8.5 and as per HR we discussed and given interview for 10 lac package, but he denied that we have slot for 8 only, This was the worst experience with the worst company I ever faced, If you have slot of 8 then why you conducted interview ? These things got discussed on 1st call that I have offer of that much then what the matter to arrange an interview. SO Please take care of such companies if they are doing those things in the beginning then how can we trust for our future.
