Interview
I had an initial interview with their internal recruiter who thought I was a great fit and quickly passed me on to the next step in the interview process. I was told their interview process would consist of 5 separate interviews with internal decision-makers and different depts.
I was able to speak with the Manager of Account Management and it seemed like a great conversation. We even learned that we had past colleagues that we had in common. He said he had enjoyed the conversation and recommended I go to the next steps in the process and their recruiter would be in touch with the next steps. It has been 2 weeks and I have been ghosted. I've sent an initial email for an update but no response or word on my candidacy or at least a thank you letter for interviewing and that they may have moved on to another candidate. Very unprofessional and a bad experience is given that they do have a great product to sell to the market.

During the most recent round, I was asked to present a mock QBR to an enterprise customer. There was a panel as part of the interview and everyone seemed really nice. I feel like it would be a great place to work. I thought it was well organized, interviewers were very knowledgeable.

Interview
The interview process was simple and straight forward. I first met with a recruiter to make sure that it would be a mutual fit from a high level. Then we proceeded with 3 rounds of interviews with different team leads and the VP of Account Management.
I was provided with prompt feedback and the entire process took about 2 1/2 weeks.
