We use the Take home Assignment tool to make a better assessment of the candidate's level of knowledge for the role he/she is applying to, it's usually based on activities and programs that we have already working.
We continuously encourage all candidates to follow up with us directly for feedback if they don't feel they received it timely or fairly. Please feel free to reach out to me or to the person who was guiding you through the interview process.
