Interview
1. Aptitude ( 10 questions, +2,-1) 30 min. Level : Easy, Look out for silly mistakes though.
2. GD (Different topics for different groups)
3. Interview (Typical HR interview with some twists, more of an interaction process they try to gauge your ability to hold a conversation as well look for cues that inform them whether you're being yourself or making things up and be careful to steer the interview in the right direction, don't get distracted by their casual nature.)

Simple aptitude , next round was GD after that round 2 was pitch a product then 2 F2F interview rounds, first round questions on resume and second round questions on how to handle and pitch to client

gd followed by an aptitude test followed by a personal interview followed by another interview.
The process was very gruelling and zycus definitely hires the best.You need to be sensible,pragmatic and be real, anything you fake will be noted by them and they will do it without letting you know, and you czn't prepare for this kind of interview within 15 days , you have to make your mindset very productive and that takes atleast an year of dedication.That's it.
