Interview
HR recruiting called me and we chatted about the position. About a day later I received an email invitation for an interview. The recruiter then called me and prepped me with names and a schedule of who I would meet with. I arrived at the office and was treated immediately and given a snack bag with water. The interview lasted about 3.5 hours in total ; half hour interviews with 5 different team members . We topped off the interview with a tour of the offices.

The interview process was more of a conversation about the role and the needs from each team member. A few questions were typical but most were included in the conversation.
Contacted by recruiter, call with hiring manager, dove straight into case study questions with no background or behavioral conversation. Didn't provide any feedback, no engagement from interviewer. Had to chase down recruiter to get a rejection.

Initial phone interview. Very thorough. Recruiter was knowledgeable about position and company. Great overview of position and benefits. Discussed in detail next steps of hiring process and provided a follow up email timely.
