1 phone call and I believe 2 panel interviews, sometimes you get 2 manager or team leads, sometimes you get three. Overall, not a difficult process and overall "ok" vibes, depending on what department you want to work for, some are stricter than others
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Zillow in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a seamless process. The recruiter was great, provided detailed information on the position and the company. An interview was scheduled with the manger and team lead. They both had great conversational questions. I heard great things about the company and culture and learned a lot during interview. I heard back from the recruiter the next business day with and offer. The recruiter was very help and informative on what to expect from beginning to end. It was great experience! Can't wait to start!!

I Initially spoke with an HR employee. After that initial call, met with two managers via zoom. Spent about 30-40 minutes with each of them. After interviews, it took about a week before receiving an offer.
