After submitting an online application with a referral from a friend who works there, I received a screening phone call. The call lasted about 10 minutes and we talked about the responsibilities of the job and my current experience. I then went to Scottsdale a week later for a three person interview. Two managers and the sales director, all individually. They mostly wanted to talk about my past work, and why they love Zenefits. If you want the job, you have to act like it would be your life. Two of the three interviewers actually told me they bleed orange (the company color). Zenefits is their life, and if you don't seem as die hard, they probably won't hire you.

Honestly, the most professional, positive, and efficient interview process I have ever been through. Bring 2 copies of your resume. Be prepared to meet 3 hiring managers. They will let you know if you got the job within 24-48 hours.
