I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zenefits
Interview
There were three rounds of one v one interviews. The first was a standard behavior and situational experiences. The second was a client-facing assessments in email form. The last was a live demonstration of a customer to implementation manager experience. Overall the interview process was straightforward and fast.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zenefits in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a quick process which I really appreciated. I sent my application online and received a response in about an hour to choose a time and day that will work for me for phone screening. I scheduled it 2 days after with the recruiter. She called me 11 minutes later than the scheduled time and chatted about the position. We extended another 10 minutes on the call but it still felt like the call was a little rushed. She was running late for her next call. She told me I will hear back from them in 2 days if I made it to the next cut and I did. I received a nice rejection email. It was a good experience overall.

Question 1
Typical screening questions: What was my day to day tasks, why Zenefits, and what's the most difficult part of my current job is.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zenefits (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2015
Interview
Three step interview. the first person tells you about the company. The second person conducts a mock call for an implementation project with you. The third person is telling you why you might not be a good fit. I should have listened closer to that last part. No process, no documentation, no rules - sounds like it's startup cool, but it's just a disorganized mess.
