I had an initial call with the recruiter which was pretty nice but not very informative. After that, the recruiter tried to organize a technical interview, which was challenging to do since their engineers had limited availability that week. When I suggested an alternative time slot for a future date, the recruiter disappeared and never got back to me. So I'm not sure what happened there, I guess I fell through the cracks. In any case, very weird experience, and the recruiting process definitely needs some work.

They leave you alone for 30 minutes to work through a programming test, and then three people (director, scrum master and developer) came into the room and we talked through the answers I had provided and how I came to those conclusions.
