They brought up some new requirements during the interview which were not written in the Job Description. The first call with HR was quite straightforward. In the second interview which was with the team lead, I was asked if I can build a dashboard. I don't have anything in my resume about dashboards or data visualisation. This was also not written in the job description. I think bringing this up during the interview is time consuming for both side.
