Overall four rounds of interview 0. Codility online test 1. Initial HR discussion - 30 mins on behavioural questions 2. Hiring Manager discussion- 45 mins on MicroStrategy and competency based questions 3.Final round with two people from the team - Both MicroStrategy and SQL related questions. They will asked to write sql for some scenarios. I have given interviews for two positions First one fairly process they completed all rounds smoothly. In final round I didn’t give some answers so they didn’t select me.that’s okay for me because its admin role and I I didn’t have much experience in it. Second time Hiring manager interview took by Indian ,He didn’t listen what I said ,I have given all the answers however he rejected me without any reason. That’s not a fairly process , he should have think why people are attending the interview and they don’t do It for time pass.
