Did 3 interviews and took recruiter 3 weeks to let me know I didn’t get the role. Really bad communication with recruiter, could’ve let me know earlier instead of leading me on.

I made it to the 2nd round with the interviewing manager. From date of application to first email from HR was about 2 week, then another week to setup the initial phone interview, then another 2 weeks to interview with the hiring manager.
