Ex-colleague referred me. Two weeks later, the recruiter sent a mail. After another two weeks the recruiter called to set up a phone call with her. She finally called, and said will schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. Never heard back from her for another two weeks. I had to ping her constantly - but it was of no use as she never responded. Finally, the call with hiring manager was scheduled. He seemed nice and said will bring me in for a day of personal interviews. He said the recruiter will get back to me to schedule the interview. I never went to Workday - as the recruiter never scheduled this interview or responded to my e-mails. Very disappointing experience with the recruiter. They should do a better job recruiting the recruiters :-)
