I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jan 2021
Interview
Casual and quite relaxing...no grilling or hard questions like many other companies would do. Found them friendly and approachable. Open to taking questions as well which is excellent. People centric and didn't seem hierarchical in structure
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2016
Interview
Phone\Skype. After 3 calls it was still very high level, interviewer did not appear to be very technical, more business focused. internal recruiters were very good to deal with and very responsive. Described the company very well and gave a good overview of the role.
