Interview was a joke. They called it a "virtual interview" because they recorded my responses to some automated questions. That is not an interview. That's an insult. The fact that they were doing this, instead of setting up a real video or phone interviews with two-way communication means they were unable to pare the applicants down to a reasonable number to interview. This made me wonder if they even bothered to read any of the applications and simply automated the whole process. If they truly thought I was worth their time, they'd have set up a real interview over a video or phone call.
