I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Grove City, OH)
Interview
Typical STAR questions with an option at the end to ask questions, plain and simple. Nothing to sweat if you know what you're talking about. I was asked to come back and speak with someone for another 30 minute one on one prior to receiving an offer.

Question 1
Describe a time when you used data in your job to solve a problem.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Sept 2018
Interview
From application to offer, the entire process took roughly a month. Once Walmart's hiring team reached out, though, they were very quick about their business. I was called by one of their talent acquisition employees, and scheduled an interview for the same day. I met with her, and 2 other upper management employees. I was asked 4 behavioral questions, and I didn't know this going in, but they prefer you use the STAR method when answering questions. I guess I answer questions like that anyways, but just FYI. The interview itself wasn't very long, lasting only 15-20 minutes, but they were all very friendly and asked a few personal questions at the end. After 2 days, I was offered the position.
