Very brief and informal. It was in a messy room during summer and there wasn't much to it. The interview seems more like a formality process rather than an assessment of my skills and such. All in all, it was easy and I got the offer.

what was a time when you have to face a customer's complaint and how did you solve the problem?
It was quick and very easy; they asked general interview questions and gave me the opportunity to ask them questions. There was only two people in my interview, the sales manager and the lead cashier.
