Easy and comfortable. Interviewers were nice and it wasn’t intimidating. Easy normal questions that you would typically expect. Competency questions. 1 on 1 interview with manager. Asked typical questions about customer service and dealing with rude customers.
I had an overall positive experience, very nice hiring manager who explained the role expectations to me, as well as awaiting thoughtfully for my answers. Also included a short aptitude test.
