Not to difficult, screening on the phone. And in person interview, pretty standard. Question regarding java , background experience. Interviewer give you an overview of the process of development. Hr also ask questions about why left previous jobs, any difficult project ... and how it was handled. They would present a questionnaire and discuss various problems and how would you approach it.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vitech Systems Group (Bengaluru) in Aug 2019
Interview
1. First they have conducted Hacker Rank Test online.
2. After clearing Hacker Rank test they arranged skype interview for 2nd round.
3. Interviewee have asked very nasics with core java, Spring Thats it. After given precise answers with examples for every question still they rejected. This is one of best interview in terms of answering, i feel simple waste of time even after lot of effort and clearing all questions they just neglected and showing the attitude.
Dont go for it waste of time.
