As follow up, moved quickly to 2nd interview with Head of People who was newer to the org. Well organized and professional process overall. Seemed like great timing to join as the company was experiencing fast-paced growth, had recently gotten additional investment, and ready for the right person to level-up their post-sale customer experience. Took almost 3 weeks to get feedback following the head of people interview to learn they were further along with other candidates. Still a positive experience.
