There are to much rush in company to complete the work
3 stages 1 aptitude 2 language fluence 3 hr round pretty easy to score there was almost 50 candidates and most of them were selected it was conducted by 4-5 employees
It was very simple and doesn't require much thought. Just answer you heart out without putting in much thought. It is a sales role anyway and will anyway hire you.
