Toxic culture with favoritism and poor leadership

On time salary, there is literally nothing else I can say that is good about this company.
Cons
One of the worst work experiences I’ve had in edtech — and I worked at BYJU’S, so that should tell you something. The upper management here is openly allowed to mistreat and disrespect employees without accountability. Hard work and team achievements are often credited to others based on favoritism, friendships, or internal politics rather than merit. Basic professionalism, empathy, and dignity towards employees seem completely absent from the culture. Instead of building people up, the environment thrives on toxicity, fear, and bias. With a workplace culture like this, it’s no surprise the organisation attracts and retains the kind of leadership it does. Whether the company survives long term or not is uncertain, but there are certainly many former and current employees rooting against it for a reason.
