Vector Solutions Sales Analyst interview questions

I applied online and a few days later was contacted by the HR coordinator to set up a phone interview with the recruiter. The phone interview was about 20 min and she just asked me questions about my current duties and why I left previous jobs. Then I had four separate zoom interviews. One was with the hiring manager, two were with different VPs and the last one was with an executive VP. The hiring manager also asked me to complete an excel project to prove that I knew how to use it. The HR coordinator did mess up scheduling my zoom interviews twice, which was a little frustrating. So just triple check with her when you schedule your interview. Everyone I talked to was very nice, but the reason I rated my experience as negative is because they ghosted me. After a week went by I reached out to the hiring manager asking if they had made a decision yet, and no response. I waited another week and sent an email to the HR coordinator asking if they went with another candidate and no response. I know giving bad news is not fun, but it literally takes two minutes to send your candidates an email letting them know you went in a different direction. There are even automated emails that can be sent now, so honestly there is no excuse. It is very unprofessional, especially after I completed five interviews and a project.
