It was two fourty-five minute interviews, two days apart. They were with two hiring managers each and included a five minute presentation about what you know about VMWare. It was fairly easy and low key, they seemed to look mostly for personality fit.

One recruiter phone screen, one zoom interview, two in-person interviews in the office (pre-COVID). Fairly straight forward process with recruiter acting as main point of contact. Offer came about three days after last interview.
