Interview
Big promises were made but couldn't deliver in their offer. The whole process gave off a used car salesman vibe.
They didn't know what they were doing in the interview and tested for skills not needed for the role. One thing was told to me in person, then they ghosted. If untrustworthy, unreliable, and unprofessional are the attributes of their culture, they've nailed it.
