I applied online. I interviewed at UpHabit in May 2020
Interview
The interview started with the invitation to do a short marketing challenge, which led to a phone interview. The phone interview was less of an interview and more of a conversation/culture fit screening. Both steps were helpful in learning about my role and company culture.

Question 1
The marketing challenge covered the skills/thinking test so there were no real technical or behavioural questions.

Interview
There was a preliminary test that revolved a scenario in which we had to come up with a solution. There was then a phone interview for those who were selected based on their preliminary test results. The interview was not the usual question and answer style but rather more of a get-to-know you and the company. It helped me to visualize the sort of role that I would be playing.

Question 1
No interview questions really stood out as it was a more conversational interview about the company, the CEO, and myself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UpHabit (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Big promises were made but couldn't deliver in their offer. The whole process gave off a used car salesman vibe.
They didn't know what they were doing in the interview and tested for skills not needed for the role. One thing was told to me in person, then they ghosted. If untrustworthy, unreliable, and unprofessional are the attributes of their culture, they've nailed it.

Question 1
Undergrad CS style questions, because you know, that's what an outdated Business Insider article from 2009 claimed that Google do.
