Interview
Very candid casual chat about my own aspirations and what the company does and expects. The whole process was around 45 minutes with the the bulk of it consisting of the interviewer explaining the companies values.
I went through two rounds of interviews and was initially impressed by the team’s open-mindedness and patience during the process. However, the internship allowance offered was significantly lower than both the market rate and what was stated in the job posting. Additionally, the actual responsibilities differed quite a bit from the original job description. This lack of transparency in the posting was ultimately disappointing.
