I went through two rounds of interviews and was initially impressed by the team’s open-mindedness and patience during the process. However, the internship allowance offered was significantly lower than both the market rate and what was stated in the job posting. Additionally, the actual responsibilities differed quite a bit from the original job description. This lack of transparency in the posting was ultimately disappointing.

2 rounds simple talked about yourself and some fundamentals, also required to do a simple stock pitch, interviewers were friendly, not super critical of whatever you said. Also have good guidance throughout.
