Onsite interview with mostly managers. They asked coding and design questions that weren't all that relevant to the role. To be fair they are a young company who haven't had time to refine their interview process. The most alarming part was the last interview of the day -- the interviewer was condescending and repeatedly made cruel statements designed to diminish my experience and attack my character. Everybody else I met was great but I would never work for such a callous leader. If this is how he behaves during an interview, imagine how he handles live site issues? Fortunately I have offers from Google and elsewhere so no need to join UIPath.
