I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath (Tokyo) in Sept 2017
Interview
- Initial interview with HR,
- Followed by a logic test,
- Then a second language test
- Interview with local HR to evaluate language ability (local)
- Local CTO interview
- Interview with global CSM Head.
- Final interview with local CEO
The feedback received for all the interviews were good, with the exception of the final interview with the CEO where little feedback was provided. The only thing that I managed to get was that the CEO felt I would not fit in because I was a bit laid back. I am guessing this expression translated from Japanese into English meant that I did not fit their age profile. This was known from the start and to be honest I would have been much happier if I was told this from the start and use that time better.
I know that UiPath are very focused on creating an image of being an open exciting company, I would suggest by starting with fixing issues like this first.

Question 1
Standard interview questions inline with what you would expect for the CSM role, customer interaction - etc. Logic Test was fairly straight forward, applied mathematics - high school stuff.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Dec 2021
Interview
Practical and to the point, a big plus for focus on culture and who you are as a person. An online cognitive ability test followed by a first interview with HR, then Hiring manager, senior member of the team, Language evaluation. All of them focused on culture, processes, situational questions, Uipath products (high-level). Very warm, fair and friendly people, different from the typical corporate approach.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath
Interview
A little lengthy, but very informative - multiple rounds and a mock presentation. The position and responsibilities were made quite clear. I appreciated that I got to speak to my peers, colleagues, boss, and boss's boss by the time it was done.

I made it to the final round which was a line-of-business presentation in front of two Directors of CS.
Never heard back yet - no feedback, no templated rejection letter - straight ghosted.
