An initial phone screen that went well. The woman on the phone was very personable, engaged, and ready to answer questions. Was told I would be a candidate to come in for an in-person panel interview a couple weeks after. However, I was completely ghosted by the company and my initial recruiter. A true shame because I was interested in the position and didn't commit to other job offers because I had anticipated continuing in Uber's hiring process.
