I submitted an application and was shortlisted for the second round. Uber interestingly asks you to complete a creative test which we had the weekend to complete and they were very detailed. There were about 5 sections which ranged from customer service management to campaign management to evaluating the profit and loss of a particular service

They had a math question which required an analysis of which service package to run. The question involved calculating which would be the best service package and anaysing the profit loss margin.

Interview was fair and thorough while also being respectful of a candidate's time and only looking for the aspects/qualities necessary to the job. I would interview with the company again.
