Interview process is a bunch of case studies with business problems to solve. Questions range from pricing to marketplace efficiency improvement. It is very ops heavy as well as strategic insight is necessary. But the recruiters try to get you to interview for lower roles.

Started applying for a role and the recruiter recommended me for another position. Hiring manager interview also changed the position at the moment the interview was starting. Final case was a real problem the team is facing.

TA and HR were really helpful, by providing the rough formats and guidelines for each round of interviews. They will also communicate the outcome after the interviews and provide you valuable feedback if you ask for it!
