Every step of the process was smooth and every person I spoke with was knowledgeable in their field. I had two phone screenings. First was experience , second was a skills questoinare.
After applying, there was an email sent to tell me that the recruiter wanted a call. Got a call from the recruiter and more emails about Uber's architecture and what now. Then we set up a phone call for technical interview.
