No in-person interview was required. Just a 10 minute (or less) phone interview. Since I had prior experience working with CYS, my experience may have been a little different. It was very rushed, asking basic questions about your experience, what your goals are, why you want the job, etc.

Starts with either an email or phone call requesting to set up a date for the interview, then you schedule and they ask you a few questions regarding the work. As long as you are serious and look professional you will get the 'ok' usually they are desperate for staff because of the high turn over rate.

Interview
Quick and easy questions basically described the job and asked if I was available. They told me about the good stuff you get like priority daycare. It was like any interview they ask questions relating to the job. I’m still writing to have a 30 word minimum.
