Starts with either an email or phone call requesting to set up a date for the interview, then you schedule and they ask you a few questions regarding the work. As long as you are serious and look professional you will get the 'ok' usually they are desperate for staff because of the high turn over rate.

Applied online, took a couple a weeks to be contacted by HR, they said how much they would be paying, had to take a bunch f tests online, scheduled a face to face interview, got an offer a week later.

Interview
Quick and easy questions basically described the job and asked if I was available. They told me about the good stuff you get like priority daycare. It was like any interview they ask questions relating to the job. I’m still writing to have a 30 word minimum.
