I applied online. I interviewed at Trusaic in May 2021
Interview
The first step was a phone screen with a recruiter who was nice enough. Then they sent me some type of problem-solving speed test from Criteria which I decided not to do and withdrew from the process. I just don't think it's respectful of candidates' time.

Other Account Executive interview reviews for Trusaic
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Trusaic in Nov 2025
Interview
First step: Recruiter screen but not with a recruiter, it was with the CEO's executive assistant, who definitely didn't know much about the role or was a great first impression of the company.
Second and third step: Meeting with hiring manager/VP who was 10-15 min late, who then wanted to schedule a 2nd meeting because we didn't have the full time for an interview. Hiring manager was extremely intelligent and I did enjoy speaking with him.
Fourth step: back to back interviews with product guy, CRO, and CEO and this is where it gets bad
- Product guy didnt have much to contribute or prepared and was definitely giving vibes of why am I here
- CRO was cool and easy to talk too
-CEO was exactly what you would expect based on all the bad reviews on Glassdoor- arrogant, elitist, and pretty uninterested. Gets on the call and very clearly is reading my resume for the first time so he's unprepared. Keep in mind he's hiring for a sales job and asks me about my degree and why I didn't minor in anything else and why I don't have an MBA like he looks down on people who don't have that. Gave off I am better than you vibes and thinks his company is the best company out there and only sells to fortune 500 companies and then he proudly said that he has Account executives who work 1am to 6pm to accomodate US and UK hours and thats what he wants out of all his sales people. I think its absolute red flag why they aren't hiring in the UK to accomodate those hours and why they would expect people in PST to work those hours for standard pay, its absurd.
I walked away from the CEO interview and it was an immediate hard no for me. I didn't follow up with them and I received a generic rejection email a week and a half later. Dodged an absolute bullet.
